How should I prepare for my appointment?
You should arrive with clean lashes and a clean face. If you wear mascara, please do not wear any mascara for at least 48 hours, as mascara is hard to fully remove and may affect the retention of your lash extensions or lash lift.
Fills are typically every 2-3 weeks. Your natural lash cycle is 60-90 days. New lashes will grow in while old lashes shed. New extensions will be placed on those new lashes. You should have at least 50% extensions left when coming in for a fill. The faster your hair grows, the sooner you'll need to come in.

Typically 6-8 weeks. Your natural lash cycle is 60-90 days. As your lashes grow, the curling point of your lashes will no longer be near the base of your lash line. The faster your hair grows, the sooner you will need to come in.
Can I get my lashes wet after the service?
For lashes extensions, you can get them wet afterwards, but avoid hot steam and saunas for at least 24hrs.
For lash lifts, do not wet your lashes for 24hrs and avoid steam and sleeping on your face.
How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you have booked through our online booking site, you'll be able to log-in and view your appointment. You will be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment if it is 24hrs or more before your appointment. You can also use the link sent to you in the text message appointment reminder.
Using an extension safe and oil free cleanser, use a brush or your fingers to gently rub your lash line with the cleanser. Rinse and pat dry. Do not brush your lashes when they are wet. If you use a blow dryer, make sure it is on the cool setting.
How do I wash my lashes?
Can my extensions lose their curl?
Your extensions will only lose their curl under very high heat. For example: Opening the oven with your face directly facing the oven, being too close to the BBQ or fire pit, opening the lid to a boiling pot and having the steam hit your face.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your appointment less that 24hrs prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you do not show up or call to cancel, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.
